The Landlord Referral Programme allows users to earn monetary bonuses by inviting landlords to become new users on SILQU. To participate, users must ask landlords for permission to introduce them to SILQU and must agree to these terms.
Users can earn rewards if an invited landlord creates a SILQU account and uploads a rental property for the first time.
The inviting user reward will be credited in a bank account with the monetary bonus amount within 30 business days after the invited landlord completes the registration process
If you successfully refer a landlord to SILQU, you will receive your referral reward code as soon as the property is registered successfully
You can refer as many landlords as you can, meaning your income potential never runs out.
An invited landlord may only be invited by one user. If a landlord is invited by multiple users, only the user that fulfilled the invitation form first will receive the monetary bonus.
SILQU may suspend or terminate the Landlord Referral Programme or a user's ability to participate at any time for any reason. SILQU reserves the right to suspend or remove Perks if any activity is noticed that appears abusive, fraudulent or in violation of SILQU’s Terms of Service. SILQU reserves the right to review and investigate all invite activities and to suspend accounts or modify invites in their sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate.
The scope of the referral Programme can change at any time. These terms can be updated at any time without notice.
The property concerned in the referral Programme must be located in KENYA We cannot currently accept referrals for landlords with properties outside KENYA.
